Refund & Returns Policy

At XYVA, every product is crafted with clarity and intention.
We stand behind the quality of our garments and want you to feel confident with every purchase.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with an easy and transparent return process.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

      • The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact.

      • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

      • The product was purchased directly from XYVA’s official website.

      • Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is provided.

    Note: Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery will not be eligible for return or refund.


    2. Non-Returnable Items

    For hygiene and quality control reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

        • Innerwear or accessories

        • Gift cards

        • Items purchased under “Limited Drops” or marked as Final Sale


      3. Return Process

      To initiate a return:

          1. Contact us at xyvalifestyle@gmail.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return.

          1. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with further instructions.

          1. Once approved, please ship the product back to the address provided in our response email.

          1. After receiving and inspecting the item, we will notify you regarding your refund or exchange eligibility.


        4. Refund Process

        If your return is approved:

            • The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

            • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed.

          Please note:

              • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

              • For prepaid orders, bank processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


            5. Exchanges

            If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please mention it in your return request.
            Exchanges are subject to product availability.
            If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund as per our policy.


            6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

            If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging.
            We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


            7. Shipping Costs for Returns

                • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.

                • We recommend using a trackable courier service for safe return delivery.


              8. Late or Missing Refunds

              If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time:

                  1. Recheck your bank or payment account.

                  1. Contact your payment provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
